- The American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry is the credentialing arm of the American Academy of Cosmetic dentistry (AACD). The 7 members of the Board are vetted and elected by the active credentialed Accredited members of the AACD. Dr. Finlay has served and completed a 3-year term.
- Past Contributing Editor for the “Examiners Perspective” for the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry (JCD)
- The JCD is a nationally quarterly published glossy magazine focusing on cosmetic dentistry. There are 3 Contributing Editors who are responsible for the editorial and didactic content of the credentialing section of the publication
- Senior Faculty for Dawson Academy (2010-present)
